1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Magic VIP Tours Orlando website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Tour Booking & Payment
All tour bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Rates start at $189 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours per guide.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Park Tickets & Passes
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own theme park admission tickets and any required Lightning Lane or Express Passes. Magic VIP Tours Orlando does not include park admission in tour pricing. Your guide will advise on the best ticket options for your visit.
5. Liability
Magic VIP Tours Orlando is not responsible for ride closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your tour experience. We will make every effort to provide an exceptional experience within the constraints of park operations.
6. Gratuity
Gratuity for your VIP guide is not included in the tour price. Within the service industry, it is customary to tip tour guides approximately 18% of your tour cost. We leave it to your discretion to thank your guide as you see fit.
