We'll discuss your child's specific needs before the tour and build the itinerary around them.
How does Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) work with a VIP tour?
Disney's DAS allows guests with disabilities to request a return time for attractions rather than waiting in the standard queue. Your guide will help you register for DAS at Guest Services and coordinate DAS return times alongside our skip-the-line access — effectively doubling your efficiency.
Can you accommodate a guest who uses a power wheelchair?
Absolutely. Both Disney World and Universal Orlando have excellent wheelchair accessibility. Your guide knows every accessible entrance, route, and boarding procedure at every attraction. We'll plan the day to minimize distance and ensure every experience is fully accessible.
What if my child has a meltdown or we need to leave an area quickly?
Your guide is trained to recognize early signs of distress and will proactively suggest breaks, quiet zones, or a change of pace before a situation escalates. If you need to leave an area quickly, your guide knows exactly where to go. There is no pressure to keep moving — the day is entirely yours.
Can we do a shorter tour if my family member has limited stamina?
Yes — we have no minimum tour length for special needs families. We'll build the tour around your family's realistic energy levels and stop when you're ready. Many families find a 4–5 hour morning tour is ideal.
Do you cover Universal Orlando as well as Disney?
Yes — we cover all 7 Orlando parks including all 4 Disney parks and all 3 Universal parks (including Epic Universe). Universal also has an Attraction Assistance Pass for guests with disabilities, which your guide will help coordinate.
